In 2001, Andrei graduated from the Syktyvkar State University, Faculty of Finance and Economics, majoring in Economics.
In 2008, Andrei competed the international corporate training program for the development of managerial skills (Mondi & PEF Consulting, Vienna).
From 2001 to 2008 — Head of the Finance and Controlling Department at MONDI Holding Syktyvkar Timber Processing Plant — one of the largest manufacturers of pulp and paper products in Russia, a vertically integrated holding — a part of the Mondi Group multinational corporation.
From 2008 to 2011 — Vice President for Finance, Management Company RFP Group LLC — the largest vertically-integrated timber industry holding in Russia, combining logging and timber processing enterprises, a shipping company in the Far East, with its sales offices in the Asia-Pacific countries.
From 2012 to 2014 — Director for Economics and Finance, SPB RENOVATION LLC.
From 2014 to 2016 — Deputy General Director of Technology for Aviation LLC, and from 2016 to 2018 — General Director of Technology for Aviation LLC and Member of the Management Board of Kronstadt Group, which brings together a number of Russian and foreign companies — leaders in the development and production of high-tech products.
From 2016 to 2018 — General Director of SIMTEQ BV, Netherlands, a high-tech company for the design and manufacture of flight simulators for the training of Boeing and Airbus pilots.
Since 2018 — Deputy Director of RVC’s subsidiary funds for project development.
